MR. VANCE'S NEWS TO USE THIS WEEK
APRIL 9, 2021
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome back after Easter break! I hope that you and your family had a great time together celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus, and that you were able to rejuvenate as we head into the final weeks of the school year. Our students in preschool through grade 7 have seven weeks remaining and six weeks for our eighth graders. It won’t be long until summer will be here!
During the month of April, students and staff will focus on Forgiveness, which is the Virtue of the Month. Through lessons and prayer, we will all come to better understand and
practice this important Virtue. Some role models we will be studying include St. Patrick, Blessed Margaret of Castello, and St. Josephine Bakhita.
I would like to announce that Mrs. Angie Bien, school psychologist, recently delivered a baby girl, Katherine Ann. Mom and baby are healthy and at home. We are very happy for Mrs. Bien and her growing family!
These are unprecedented times, but we are resilient.
These are challenging times, but we are hopeful.
These are stressful times, but we place our trust in Christ to carry us through.
Please continue to keep all St. Ignatius students, staff, and families
in your thoughts and prayers.
In Christ's Peace,
Kevin Vance
Principal
