Dear Parents and Guardians,
Yesterday we bid adieu to our French delegation! It was a wonderful two weeks. I believe both the French students, as well as our St. Ignatius students, enjoyed themselves, learned about each other’s culture, and made new friendships that will last forever.
Tomorrow, Saturday, November 18, our eighth-grade students who want to attend a Catholic high school, will take the High School Placement Test. This test is used to determine the level of classes student will be placed in freshman year, and to qualify students for scholarships. We wish our students the very best as they take the test.
It is hard to believe that we are approaching the end of the first trimester which officially ends on November 28, with report cards to be distributed about a week later. Thank you to all our parents and staff who participated in parent/teacher conferences these past two weeks. We appreciate your dedication to your child’s education and are so happy to be able to partner with you. Believe it or not, it is almost time to start thinking about re-enrollment for the 24-25 school year! New enrollment has already begun for new students, and re-enrollment for CURRENT St. Ignatius students will begin Monday, December 4.
Being that this is the last Wire before the Thanksgiving holiday and break, we would like to extend to all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving. I hope that you are able to take the time to enjoy family, relax, and be thankful for all that God has given. I am so thankful for all of our students and the sacrifices you make to send your children here.

STOP AND SHOP
Please join us Thursday, November 30 for our annual PTO Stop and Shop from 6:00-9:00pm in Loyola Hall. We have over 30 vendors participating as well as 40 raffle items to giveaway! Cost is $5 at the door. This includes entry, finger foods, a raffle ticket, goody bag and a lot of fun! Join us for a merry evening of shopping, drinking and supporting local businesses! IGGYFEST 2023 TOTALS AND THANK YOU!
The parish festival was once again a great success! This year our church was made available for those who wished to pray and adore the Eucharist with the Light the Fire Event.
A huge thank you to Bob Buchman and his leadership team who organized and did all the leg-work leading up to the festival. We are also grateful to the many volunteers who donated their time before, during, and after the festival. The festival could not take place without the efforts and teamwork of so many people!
Thanks to all who volunteered, attended the festival and helped support the parish.
